I am just in the starting phases again of looking as Spain just started exporting again. He just shipped some to Israel but it was much easier. also So you have he importation cost which Jewlee told me was 300-350 ( back in 2003 ) cost of eggs which was not much but not sure what would cost this time. the cost of the trip is the big deal. You need a good breeder on that side as well that will deal with the paperwork and any quarantine that needs to be done. Dr. Francesch runs Aviraut which is a developmental breeder that may be partially funded by the government and deals with Catalan breeds not just poultry they have a website and Facebook page if anyone wants to check it out, Regardless this makes the exportation part easier. The first think is finding a breeder on that side that can help. I would not just check Spain but if I recall correctly these are popular in Germany as well.
