You are probably right Jeff. Who would ever mix in some Orpington to brighten up their Buff Rocks. Nah. That's pretty unlikely.![]()

All I know is that I am paying attention to feathering fluff. I'd like to see tighter feathering on our birds. I've got some studying to do on just how best to accomplish it.

I posted an "experiment" I'm trying over on the H thread and the PR thread....I'll copy it over to here. I'm experimenting with a barred cross myself and the line I used had nice tight feathering as well
