"You can't hurt me. Westley and I are joined by the bonds of love. And you cannot track that, not with a thousand bloodhounds, and you cannot break it, not with a thousand swords. So when I say you are a coward, that is only because you are the slimiest weakling ever to crawl the earth!" My favorite quote!

That's a cool one! And it really hit Humperdink hard because he was a legendary hunter.

Right! There are so many wonderful quotes from that movie. My hubby and I usually say "as you wish" instead of "i love you" Some people look at us funny but our son just rolls his eyes😂🤣

My brother-in-law saw the movie "Ever after" with Drew Barrymore. He really liked it and told his dad. (Who hates all movies.) "What was it called?" Dad asked, Brother-in-law could not remember, and said "Princess Bride." Dad saw "Princess Bride," and hated it.

That's so sweet!

Zoo of Death

And I love Fezzik's back story and Inigo's love story. Amazinggggg.....
I loved their back stories! Inigo's was sort of inspiring (I love how motivated he was, just forget how he wanted to kill someone) and Fezzik's was hilarious! I love telling people how six-year-old Fezzik broke his dad's jaw on accident!

Does anyone have the book that Cary Elwes wrote, about making the movie? It's called," As You Wish Inconceivable Tales of the Making of The Princess Bride"
I think I do actually have that one and the regular book but I haven’t read the book yet. Do love the movie though!
