The problem with chicken...

Lutheran Chicken is simply boneless skinless chicken breast cooked either all day in a crockpot or quickly in a pressure cooker with about 4 cups of broth. I toss in pepper and granulated garlic and let it cook away. When it's done, shred the chicken and toss back into the broth and mix. This is where you can add some parsley if you want for color. Taste to see if you need to add salt.

Serve dripping wet on soft rolls. Oh ya. SO good. Think of it as a chicken version of beef au jus sandwiches.

The turnover recipe is in the kitchen. I'll dig it out tomorrow for you.

Thanks! Im a big fan of "dump" meals like that. When you work all day and have to come home and get dinner in the oven really quick its nice to juat throw everything in a casserole dish. Ill have to try this one but it might be a while depending on how much leftovers we get! Happy thanksgiving!
