Well up here In Northern Minnesota we have a northern accent. (and I'm guilty of having it. )We say bag or tag with a long A instead of a short A, we say melk instead of milk, and there's more I can't think of right now.

I've heard Minnesotans speak and you do have QUITE an accent up there but I can't say anything cause down here in the south we have quite an accent too

We say "bubbler" instead of water fountain or drinking fountain or whatever it is other people call it. I've never met someone from another area that ever knew what I was asking for, not that it isn't possible.
