Chandi noticed a falcon he did not recognize and flew over to her. "Who are you?" he asked in a gruff voice, puffing out his chest.

"Chandi," he said, "And I happen to be the leader of this domain," he added, unfurling his wings.

"Great," Chandi said flatly. "I recommend you start looking for a ledge to claim as your own then." His eyes were hard but even though he wasn't willing to admit it, there was something about that peregrine that he liked.
