Recently I have seen a lot of photos/videos and opinions on buff Orpingtons
From what I see there is TWO types of buff Orpington
This large photo is one of my buff Orpingtons
The thumbnaild photo is one of the ones that you see on some videos
As you can see my one is big and puffy
I’m starting to think it’s like the Rhode Island Red situation these days... Rhode Island reds are dark red but these days people call sex links, Rhode Island reds

Like every breed there's different examples.
There's well bred orps bred to their standard.
There's hatchery quality bred kinda sorta towards their standard.
There's backyard bred birds that really aren't bred to any standard just bred by throwing any two birds of said breed together.
And then with orps there's many people breeding more towards the English standard.
Others may look less like yours as far as bulk and fluff but yours also don't look like mine as far as bulk and fluff. (Mine aren't buff)
It all depends what they were bred towards.
