Plenty of fresh water, get the food grade activated charcoal a.s.a.p, I would talk to her.  Is she a friendly duck or does she shy away from both of you?

Sometimes talking to them, you can gauge how clearly they are able to think by their reactions to you - are they "with you" or really spaced out?  I think I would also consider electrolytes.

Also if it's going to be really cold tonight, I'd bring her in where it's going to be closer to 50 or 60F than 30F - I don't know where you are….

She's normally pretty sketchy and let me pick her up, several times, stretch her neck and try to dislodge whatever might have been in there. We're in western washington, should be about 50 tonight. Have her covered. Will get the slurry going, I've medicine syringes for cough syrup, will that work? I'm checking on her again now.

She's breathing normal now and has settled down, no longer foaming....keeping observation about the blood discharge.

I would not force anything at this point, if she can drink, I'd get the charcoal into her. (edit to add - by letting her drink water with charcoal in it) As long as you don't overdo the charcoal (the recipe should be fine), it should have no ill effect. The worst I have heard about it is if you way way overdo it, you could cause constipation.

Glad she's still with you. Oh, poor thing. Did you find anything or feel anything in her throat?

From the outside it looked like there was a lump centered in her throat after a while of gagging and my probing, now it's gone. Dang birds are almost worse than children for worrying me. At least the kids can tell me what the heck.

The charcoal that helps is food grade - it's a dietary supplement. The stuff for cooking often has toxic material in it - not meant to be eaten.

So relieved! Please forgive me - sometimes I get really intense when a duck is suffering and none of us can be right there with you… And I always try to be clear, but sometimes I don't get across things like the food grade charcoal supplement, not briquettes, or when niacin is needed, it should be plain niacin, not flush-free, and oh, yes, brewer's yeast is not baking yeast - - - things like that can get miscommunicated when things are urgent.

My grace? Look at you super helper! Farm fowl are awesome companions, for me they're alot more comforting than a dog.
