for wybars all you need is to introduce the barring gene to the laced wyandotte..why? because the are already eb brown at the e locus, so a first cross of laced wyandotte with Barred Rock will produce all black barred birds(Barred Rock roo) get the best looking F1 roo or F1 hen and cross it back to laced Wyandotte.. at this stage you should be able to obtain 50% Wyabars....good luck

Wow. I'm totally floored by the knowledge of genetics, nicalandia..

I'm totally confused though, and have a question. I have a large well barred euskal oiloa rooster that I'd like to cross on RIR hens. Is it possible to produce auto-sexing offspring from these birds, ever? Am I barking up the wrong tree? Thanks for any suggestions, in advance.

Not possible at all, they both carry wheaten and wheaten cant be used as autosexing chick down
