you wont be able to stop her... I cull these type of hens...BUT since its an Rhodebar I would try to make a trapnest so she does not have access to the eggsNOOOOOOO MY RHODEBAR HEN HAS ATE HER LAST TWO EGGS!!!!! HOW DO I STOP HER?!
Hatching day... a day late...
I set rhodebar eggs 22 days ago. Finally a few hours ago I have one chick (a pullet I believe, she is still wet and in the bator), and another piping. The remaining eggs are still with no obvious piping...
I have never had eggs go 22 days, but I understand this happens. I am SURE hoping I get more than 2!
Will be curious what the next 24 hrs bring.
I don't want to open the bator for at least another 24 hrs, so... I wait...![]()
