how long to you have to be playing chickenclans before you can open a clan?

You can make a clan on an existing thread, check out the wanderers, etc, they are there but they aren't the main clan.

okay, i just want ot know since there is 2 clans that are not use an more, and is wanting to know if it is okay to restart one of them
