I burn everything. Tomorrow I am making roast duck, actually, that reminds me, I gotta go out and pick which duck

very good, much better then chicken. I prefere dark meat and duck has no white meat. Its quite a bit greasier too so it slides down better

I like duck. It's good. Especially roast ones, I love chewing at the drumsticks

yes, if you cook it just right the meat falls right off the bones. And a home grown and cooked duck is outta this world

Do you keep ducks? That's pretty cool. I wish I could keep ducks, but being in the city that wouldn't be the easiest of tasks.

I watch things that I make like a hawk. If they start to go brown, I flick off the oven mains.

duck meat is a bit more fatty then chicken because its all dark meat, I hope I do a good job of it tomorrow. I ain't the best cook

Yes, I used to have about 20 but I'm really cutting back. i'm gunna either butcher or sell most of them and start over with ducklings this spring.
