I have done 40 eggs once. I got a li'l excited and was on a Silkie hype.

I believe only 9 hatched, or 7.... I was somewhat bummed, somewhat relieved.
What would I have done with 40 Silkies of all birds?

Yay, it was done by someone on it's way here.

It was done on purpose, I mean how else does a large shoe mark get on the box? They kicked it, chucked it, played box ball.

The eggs were scrambled, I am not sure how any survived.

awe, I once got a 100% hatch rate from shipping eggs coming from Regina, SK

We got 4 outta 5 Toulouse to hatch from NY!

Geese don't have a hatch rate that high from most peoples backyards!

Really lucky, and the one that didn't hatch wasn't fertile!
