Not three dozen in one recipe, can you can scramble a bunch for your chickens? They will love you for it.
An angel food cake takes about two dozen, if you make a larger one. Around three dozen if their bannie eggs.
I can make a mean angelfood cake.

Umm... Hmm, what about omelets for dinner or breakfast? With peppers, mushrooms, cheese!

hmm, i gots nearly 6 dozen in the fridge, worried about them getting spoiled.... i suppose i can try some angel food cake, maybe some eggnog, feed Funny and give the chicks a treat.

Maybe i'll see about that for tomorrows lunch.

i need a schedule on how to eat a lot in a short time without overeating......

Angel food cakes are difficult, have you made one before?
If not, don't give up if it doesn't work the first time and read the instructions well, several times at least! No yolk in the whites!

Is it only you, Funny and the chickens eating the eggs?
