I won't bring up the plot thing again, I will leave that to you guys. I tried, gave it a shot (Far too many, like for the past month) and now I'm just sounding like a loony tune and repeating myself.

Hey peoples, I just found this thread, I didn't realize there was a chat thread just for the roleplay people!

A few years ago I used to roleplay a lot on a dog lovers forum. Once I got older I stopped because of school and all that good stuff, ANYWAYS (sorry, I have a nasty habit of getting off topic... ya know 'ball, ball, squirrel!

) I know I'm still quite new but from what little I've seen on your roleplays so far, I think your starting to have the same problem we did with the dog roleplays.

Heres what I've noticed, there are a lot of roleplays without good plots (like Gerbil mentioned). Roleplays that are based off book or movies tend to do this unless you follow the plot of the book or movie which gets boring because you know whats going to happen. For example, the Vampire and Wolf roleplay is loosly based off Twilight, not exactly, but a similar idea. There isn't much going on besides one group of vampires falling in love and living in a house. I don't you any of you well enough to judge what you consider interesting and what you don't, but it's a bit dry. (Please don't go taking offence to any of this, like I said, maybe I'm way outta line here already. Don't hesitate to let me know if I am

Although I haven't joined the Lost Flock, I read through the front page. I really like the banner ChickLover, eye catching and suits the roleplay. You included a reason for the chickens to be on the island, but not so much about what they are doing on the island. For example, they could be trying to get off and back to mainland, or having to fight for their territory against another tribe or group of birds (something/someone must have lived there before them right?) That sorta thing. Again, this is just a suggestion. You don't really have to listen to me at all

There seems to be a lot of horse roleplays, which surprised me because this is a chicken forum. Not saying its a bad thing at all, if all the roleplays were based off chickens and ducks it'd get pretty repetitive! However, I do think it should be narrowed down to one thread. On the dog forum, a lot of people seemed to like dalmatians and at one time we had about four different roleplays focused around that one breed! Never seem so many spotted dogs in my life!

The only people who roleplayed on those threads were the dalmatian lovers who also happened to be the most active members of the forum. At first the plots were slightly different, but since it was the same people roleplaying on each thread, the plots kinda mushed together and it turned into four threads all roleplaying about the same thing only with different charactors. I haven't looked in depth into your horse roleplays so I don't want to say thats exactly whats happening here but upon glancing at the first few pages of the threads, it looked similar. I know everyone has their charactors that they don't want to give up (I know you worked hard to create them!) but maybe you could combine it to one thread? And think up a cool plot between the players who belong to the horse roleplays to accommodate everyone? Relationships and love seems to be popular here, so maybe something revolving around that?

Sorry if this is getting super long, I tend to do that when I have time on my hands. I'd like to mention just one more thing. On the dog forum, people didn't usually ask how many people would be interested in joining a new roleplay. I seen yesterday that ChickenForever started a pole asking about a new roleplay. I really like that idea, but wasn't sure why a thread was created anyways. I thought that was the point of the poll? Maybe not?

Thankfully you don't go to public schools and I assume you don't hear mainstream things often (lucky kid), so you wouldn't know. It's a terrible music group that everyone but myself seems to like.
