Seven roosters, and 16 cockerels (at least five of which are keepers). I love roosters. I'll be back on to brag on them, but here are some teaser photos.

- Ant Farm
Beautiful roosters! I noticed you got some turken/naked necks in there.

Dang Ant Farm you got a ton of pretty roosters! Here are my last two, Cletus the chick in my avatar he is a big boobie baby has been since he hatched he is Hubert's son.And Negan he's a faverolles I hatched from a shipped egg, hatched while I was catching up on the walking dead. 20170602_123214.jpg 20170523_174350.jpg 20170523_193136.jpg 20170523_193126.jpg

Yes, I love naked necks! Are the roosters friendly?

Yes - as friendly as a working rooster could be expected to be. I don't generally cuddle them (despite the earlier photos), I let them do their jobs. I've had really sweet ones, and I've had mean cockerels who went to freezer camp, so I suspect it's similar to the usual distribution of behavior. that being said, my NNs in general are more friendly as a breed than my others.

Beautiful! One looks like a Delaware
I'm suspecting there is indeed Delaware in there. His mom was supposed to be an easter egger big white hen slate legs. But upon going to gather my first egg from her I learned she is absolutely not an easter egger! One of those mutt surprises, she lays jumbo brownish eggs and is the meanest hen ive ever seen. I named her after my mother in law before I knew her temperament, I was spot on.:)
