My relatives mixed buff orpingtons with barred rocks. Now they have 1/2 buff orpington 1/2 barred rock and some our roosters. I don't have any pics but they are really neat looking!

Thanks! Yes, they are a grayish brown with stripes I think. I didn't get a good look at them but they were pretty! I wish they were mine!

I just have a question, is it normal for a rooster to be attacking the hens? the neighbor's hen got out of their yard last week and when I took it to throw it back in their yard the rooster started attacking it. Thanks!

Yes, normally the rooster will be mean to the hens when they won't let him catch them.
He will get fed up with trying to chase them.

My rooster did that when a hen hatched a baby,
she stayed on the eggs longer...

So he didn't get to be with her for three and a half weeks.

I know there are a lot of roosters not far from here. They are at someone's house wandering in a big field. Some are even on the roof! Don't know what breeds but they look similiar this.
