If you aren't comfortable putting it in the local paper, I would at least forward the email to my friends who might shop there. If a friend of mine had been treated rudely by a business, I would WANT to know it. I would then make it a point of not trading with them. My father has been a retail business owner for my entire lifetime, and he would NEVER treat a customer that way. That's why he's been in business for about 40 years......it's being good to your customers that keeps them trading with you.
