Hey everyone! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
Well, last night was...interesting. My brother and I set up the camera and went upstairs. We watched and listened out the window for a while and were sure that we heard footsteps in the snow (because the snow was the sticky kind that creaks and makes noises when you step on it). We also heard stomping on the roof. We waited a while, then went downstairs to see if Santa had come yet. He hadn't, since the stockings were empty and there were only presents from our parents. But then we heard our step dad coming downstairs and we ran into my younger sister's room to hide. We waited until he left and then we quickly went to reset the camera because it hadn't recorded anything yet and the longer it was, the longer it would take to load in the morning. So, we reset the camera and went to bed.
In the morning, our letters were gone and presents were under the tree. Surprisingly and disappointingly, when we checked the laptop, ALL the recording we had done was GONE! We checked everywhere in all the files and everything and the new video had been deleted. It wasn't in the recycle bin either! I think that Santa decided he didn't want us to record him.
So sorry that we don't have a video.
I was really hoping to share one with you guys, but they are just gone.
Well, Merry Christmas anyway!!! Maybe next year we will be more successful!
