So I've become a master of the coffee mug cake that someone else has posted, but I've been tweaking it lately trying to make it healthier. Here is what I've been doing.
5 TSP Splenda (instead of sugar)
3 TSP Flour
2 TSP Hersheys unsweetened cocoa
3 TSP Skim Milk (instead of whole)
2 TSP EVOO
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Country Crock LIGHT Margarine
Splash of Vanilla
Mix together and cook for 3 minutes in microwave
The only thing I have left to try, is ground whole wheat flour instead of all purpose white, and egg WHITES instead of the yolk.
I dont care if its still not healthy, its got splenda, skim milk, and light butter so I'm ok with that! LOL
