So plz help. I soooo want some sizzles, cause I absolutely think they are awesome looking! I can go buy 9 chicks right now, but will I be able to breed them to each other to sell?? Or do u have to breed silkie to frizzle to get sizzle. That's a tongue twister!

Just remember you can't breed curly to curly. That makes weak birds. I have my smooth sizzle roo with my smooth hen, and curly hens.

Thanks. I'm not sure this is a project I'm ready to take on yet. I prefer to have about 10 birds all together. That's what I built for at least. Bf may hoot me if I try switching so I can keep smooths and curly's where they need to be.

I have my bbc.co lack silkie roo with a blue sizzle hen and 3 black sizzle hens. When their eggs hatch I will put their offspring with my paint roo but all my boys are silkies. Will I still get sizzles breeding like this?

Ok so thinking further into it, I realized, just don't keep curly roosters! Duh me! Anyway, so I am picking up my 1st Sizzles tomorrow! 9 three day old chicks!!

You'll have to see how they turn out. Can't tell whose curly until wing feathers come in. And you'll want an unrelated roo too. Lol. Lots to think about. Gives you a reason to get a few babies from someone else too!
