Taylor Swift... What can I say about her... Hmmm... At least she can write a song about a boy that all the teeny bopper girls can get a giggle over and relate to their highschool breakups...While Justin Bieber... Beiber... what ever... has to keep his head hinged to his jaw because he's a hinge head who is trying to be like... Justin Timberlake... AND I never thought he was that great either. I do however think he's a better actor than a singer. Certainly not on par with some fellow actors, but better at acting than singing... JMO.

I'd rather hear Ray LaMontagne..... Or how ever the hell you spell his last name...

I don't get tattoos... I mean... I really don't get them... Just the thought of getting old, with a tattoo, and that tattoo not staying the shape its supposed to be... I guess having worked in a facility with individuals with them from days gone by, and well... not always pretty anymore...

I spent my life in nursing homes and I have seen some that were 50+ years old and not all of them go bad. I lost almost 50 lbs a few years ago and the first one I had still looked the same. It's all about the artist and the design. The one I am probably getting today is my grandson's name and birthdate. Although it's my son's turn because he didn't get one last time because me, my BF and DD all got one. I think my BF's mom is getting a hummingbird today. She's obsessed with them!

I have a night light over a plastic dish of water. It's quite safe, if the night light falls out, it's already off. Caught 3 fleas in the LR in 3 days so far. (last year I'd catch dozens in the same 3 days, I may have started before they got really bad.) Maybe my infestation won't be as bad as the last 3 years.

I just switched to Front Line because Advantix 2 stopped working. So far so good, but it's only been 4 days. Try a different brand. My neighbor swears by Comfortis it's a pill that just has them dropping off within the first 30 minutes. No idea how long it lasts.

Have you tried a flea comb? Much easier than tweezers, grabs a bunch at once, dump them into a dish of soapy water to trap them.

Bombs don't seem to work much any more, PLUS the majority of them do not work. There is one brand whose name I can not think of works the best, it's got a particular chemical in it that most do not use any more. If I find I still have a can in the basement I'll let you know. Nope, not there, I think they chemical is pymethrin. The other stuff they're using is useless.

When we were discussing the flea thing...
YULK I have fleas so bad in my house... I am almost desperate....

I have put frontline on them (for 4 months straight now)
I have bathed
I have hand picked with tweezers
I have vacuumed
I have steam cleaned
I have used tea tree and eucalyptus
I have sprinkled Borax
I wanted to try putting a light over a dish of water at night, but the fire risk does not seem worth MAYBE catching a few fleas.

I have no idea what to do next...

And they are only going to get worse when the ones outside start breeding in all the dead leaves this fall.
I DO NOT WANT TO BOMB!!!

Do guineas eat fleas? I might just get a few house guineas...

PS I would like to state that Borax does not kill fleas. Not right away, not within hours. In fact, they will even burrow in it. I have 2 in a container with borax... they are still alive from this afternoon.

Well hi there tee!

I used just a regular old nite light... Ya know the type you find in dollar stores.. Anyway, was cool to see it actually work... Until the dogs thought the water was for them, had themselves a sip and then had the poops all over the living room floor! LOL, talk about cleansing!

Swamp -- You're probably of thinking of Permethrin. I don't know how available it is in bomb form (never had a need for it) but you can buy it as a concentrate in just about any farm store and I'd wager that's probably the cheapest way to get your hands on it. Pretty much anything made for specifically for pets is always marked up more so than the same product for livestock.
