Hey check this out! My cousin Chase and his band Goodnight Argent put out a new cover song! It says Imagine Dragons but they're the original artists. I'm so, so sad because he'll be in Michigan at Michigan Tech but I can't see them perform because I can't afford the gas to get there. It's like 5 hours away

I haven't seen Chase since he was 7!

Anyway check them out they're SO good!!

I took your advice to heart when choosing my outfit, and while psyching myself up to feel "worth" it

I was all business, black trousers (appropriately at the 1/2 inch from bottom of shoe heel, as per "in style" instructions) , black dress shoes, long tailored charcoal dress shirt (lean and strong), no jewelry. Very "conservative business" look. I almost wore the suit i have for occasions, but i wasn't sure what everyone else would be wearing, this was my first time at such an event. I could've, there were other suits and this was definitely a business apparel thing!

I have been studiously avoiding my bright green and fushia and whatnot, and have started putting together a black, white and grey "business casual" wardrobe

Well... I think I might have a problem serema cockerel on my hands... He is an evil little chit. Oh man... I don't know what he's going to do when my faverolle boys decide he's not going to pick on them anymore. He grabs them by the backs of their necks then drags them around! I have never wanted to kick a rooster so bad! BUT you can't kick a serema. I got him off, and picked up my baby then chased Fritz all over the run. HAHA. Rat.

I candled Criptoe's eggs again to see for sure if the one was quits. ITS GOLDEN! Yup, AND this is the first time I have ever seen a chick move in the egg. They are due some time with in the week... YIPPEE! Now... I wonder who the daddy is since she could have either Roger or Rod Stewart, and there is a slight chance that they are Mr. Fluffer's since she's almost due to hatch, and she could have been fertilized by him before his demise... Hmmmm...

UGH! Skatter is broody again! I have to keep throwing her butt off the nest. I am not going to have any more chicks this year dang-it all. She's such a good mama though... BUT NO! NO NO NO! Man, this would be her fourth set if I let her. Stupid chicken... I mean, Skeeter has done 4 now this year already... BUT I don't want more chicks so close to close up time... As in winter confinements...

Isn't it just like the stupid English to have both close and close spelled the same....
