They really are just HUGE birds! I love them. I have not hatched any of their eggs yet. I plan to pen them and hatch in the fall. I think they will make great meat birds.

I am so confused with this coro... it is 15 weeks old and I can't find any pointy hackle or saddle feathers...
It is a bit roughed up from me looking... I swore this was a cockeral...but now, not so sure...

Also, still no crowing or anything....all the other breeds from same hatch date , cockeral have saddle/hackle feathers and are crowing

Eta- the legs are also thinner than the silver Sussex pullet of same age..
