Meadowfrost quickly trotted away from the nursery, not wanting to disturb anymore sleeping queens. Scolding herself in her mind. Good job, I'm surprised you didn't wake up all the prey in the forest. Deep in thought she ended up accidentally running into Hickoryshade. Her ears flattened in embarrassment, "Oh, I am so sorry, I didn't see you there!" She quickly apologized, her face growing hot. What was up with her today, she just couldn't do anything right.

(Figured I'd give him somethin' to do lol)

Crowfoot took his gaze away from Sunpaw and watched Meadowfrost and Hickoryshade, pricking his ears with interest. Hickoryshade was usually bad-mannered, so he wanted to see how he reacted

He looked up, surprised, and noticed she looked embarrassed and stressed. “It’s fine,” he mewed. “Just watch where you’re goin next time.” His whiskers twitched in amusement.

Meadowfrost's ears perked as she had sort of expected to get hissed at for being so mouse-brained. After all she was a warrior, she should know by now that she needs to pay more attention to her surroundings. She wasn't an apprentice anymore. Noticing his slight amusement, she gave him a small smile. "Yeah, sorry again. Guess I've just been a bit busy." She excused. She tried to brush away the heat of embarrassment from her pelt, but failed. She seemed so flustered, all she had to do was slow down. "Uh, Hickoryshade, right?" She asked, then quickly flattened her ears, well she should know her own clanmate! "I mean, I just don't see you around often." She quickly put in.

Crowfoot twitched his whiskers with amusement. She seemed really self-conscious and embarrassed. The way she was acting made him think that Meadowfrost liked Hickoryshade. He brushed off the thought quickly. Why should he just assume that somecat liked another cat? Besides, it's not like it mattered to him.
