I've read about using activated Oxine for sanitizing as well, not sure if you could get that either.
You can also use diluted vinegar to clean and sanitize.
General advice:I use plain dish soap, just a dab on a wet cloth or paper towel, and hot water from the sink to wash eggs before incubating.

General advice:
Never use anything acid, soapy or chemical to clean an egg you want to set for hatching.
If you have enough eggs you better eat all the dirty eggs, all the eggs with a crack and all eggs with a strange shape or colour.
