Ive been reading up and researching all sorts of diets that have been mentioned here. Seriously, I think I'm doing it kinda cold turkey and just watching what I eat-choosing wisely-not eating 2x as much as I do
And trying to get my brothers treadmill! I know losing weight this way will take longer but if I do a quick fix Ill go back to the way I was
