The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

Ive been reading up and researching all sorts of diets that have been mentioned here. Seriously, I think I'm doing it kinda cold turkey and just watching what I eat-choosing wisely-not eating 2x as much as I do

And trying to get my brothers treadmill! I know losing weight this way will take longer but if I do a quick fix Ill go back to the way I was:( today for lunch Tuna and a yogurt!
 
I did my first work out of the new year today. 15 minutes on each of the bicycles they had there and 20 minutes on the treadmill at the fastest walking pace I could handle. No weights today, but I'm hoping to do them along with cardio too. I would love to be able to run a full mile straight without stopping! If I don't have work Wednesday, I will be giong to the gym again!
 
Ok... I think I have a mini goal that I could participate with... My goal this week... is to drink 8 glasses of water a day.. every day.<< have gotten away from that lately.. and need to get back.

Weighed myself this morning.... I am up 193... soo gotta get back on track

Hi everyone I like the idea of the portion control plate! I always use a small plate to eat with. But even with a smaller plate you can still over eat. I may invest in one to get my idea of what a " portion is" back straight in my head. It seems like if the "plate aint full, you ain't eatn". Got to get my stomach away from my brain. I think it is holding me hostage.

I can sure join you on that one. Last week, I did a terrible job at drinking water and my weight loss showed. So far this morning, I think I have drank 2 tablespoons of water.

I think my mini goal is 1 lb a week..Not outrageous at all AND if I do well with this..By the tiem shorts get pulled out of closet ( June1st) that means 20+ lbs should be lost! a tad less than what I want but VERY doable!
