Ok added a fabulous app to. Y iPad and it has every kind of food..portions and their breakdowns...keep track of it all...starting weight..goal weight...how many calories you need to eat daily to attain that weight etc...I'm 400 calories below today! I'm hungry BUT it is 9 pm. My bewitching hour where I always pig out...I'm going to suck it up and not eat...1600 calories today..not bad?
