I ate;oatmeal,1apple,1 orange,1 can of green beens,1 pork chop,30 mins on stationary bicycle,20mins in sauna yesterday, and started tpoday with 20 mins on bicycle and 20 mins in sauna,Hopefuly tonight I can get another 30 mins on bike and 20 in sauna,we'll see.I know all the wieght that comes off right now is water wieght and no beer wieght. The struggle begins in 2 weeks when wieght loss moves more slowly!
