The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

I ate;oatmeal,1apple,1 orange,1 can of green beens,1 pork chop,30 mins on stationary bicycle,20mins in sauna yesterday, and started tpoday with 20 mins on bicycle and 20 mins in sauna,Hopefuly tonight I can get another 30 mins on bike and 20 in sauna,we'll see.I know all the wieght that comes off right now is water wieght and no beer wieght. The struggle begins in 2 weeks when wieght loss moves more slowly!

Whoever has the most people they work with in your household...make them bring it all to work to fatten up the rest of the world! Lol

That's what we do. We bring all of our BAD stuff to work and let everyone else pig out on in.

I'm still working on that pre-pregnancy weight, and my youngest is ten....

I did an hour on the elliptical trainer last night, and I'm going to do 75 minutes of yoga today...

And I'm going to find out why the heck smoke was coming out of my washing machine. It's less than two years old, dammmit, and I don't need to have anv more laundry pile up in this house.

I did alot of baking and cooking this holiday... It has been really tough... I have had to find temptation and sometimes I loose

My down falls are fatfree pretzels and Orchard blend trail mix from BJs. I am soo addicted to them... Have to fight the urge.... COME ON SPRING... I need to get out of the house!!

It
breaks down how many calories you need to consume to lose weight based on your height and current weight and it has a great database of food calorie counts. I lost 15 lbs. a couple years ago just by using this tool to monitor my caloric intake. It's very helpful!
 
Much to my family's dislike. I have started cutting down on the food I prepare for dinner. That way, hopefully there will not be left overs to have to deal with. My 25 year old son is on a 2 hour schedule. You can set you clock by him coming out of his room and getting in the refrigerator. If there is anything placed in he gets it out and eats it. Won't hardly eat when everybody else does. Says he is cutting back on the food he eats. Right, So now he has to eat more at the table, cause nothing is in the frige! Bad arent I!!
