I haven't met my exercise goals this week. Unfortunately, the cedar pollen kicked in this week, and I'm sneezy, and miserable. This time of year I would gladly take a flame thrower to every cedar (ash juniper) in Central Texas. Feeling so lousy makes motivation hard.

I need to work with my schedule to figure out how to fit everything in...kid stuff, exercise, visiting mom and doing her stuff, volunteer work and normal housework. I'm amazed that anyone can work full time and be a mom. There never seem to be enough hours in the day for me.
 
In have no exercise goals..ever...if I cant lose weight by eating alot healthier than I have been then I better just bake myself a death by chocolate cake and dig in...

Did the elliptical for 1.7 miles for half an hour then onto lifting light weights and some ab exercises. Now to NOT binge today is the goal for the rest of the day!

Like the sensual kind 'exotic dancers' do or are there other exercises one can do? ....or a combination seems like it would be good exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is digging holes a good ab workout, cause I sure need some good ab exercises.
