The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

cucumber slices hmmm.... I may be amble to eat some of that pepper jelly my D.W. made after all!!!! No sugar only stevia for a sweatner now I'm in like Flint!
 
Oh K - you mentioned pizza - I am really hungry tonight and have been dreaming of chips with loads of vinager and salt on them. OMG I can smell them in my mind! But I am being good. - OMG I just found out they put the nudy body scanners in Belfast airport!!!!!! It was on the news tonight. The first day is SATURDAY!!!!!!!! WHY??????????? It is my flight day to Spain!!!!!! AGH!!!!!!!!! All I can think is the blasted TV cams are going to be there looking a first victim. OMG I could be making history on the evening news!!!!!! Thank the lord I lost a stone!!!!!! I hate those things - basically degrading you to a virtual strip search everytime you want to leave or come back to your own country! I guess it is better than getting blown up though. The lord knows N Ireland has lots of experience of that.

Oes - Oh thank the lord I never sent out for chips - evening news - Ahhhhhhhh????

I put in 8.5 miles on the stationary bike today and 20 Min's in the sauna. shooting for 190 today! By the way I ate pizza on low carb wraps for crust,and lost control.It was a brutal day on the scale after that!
 
I can so relate to that Karl. When I was half way through my mad weight loss month - I ate wraps with cheese and bacon in for lunch one day. It took a good week to get back to where I was supposed to be at. I want to get into eating a good sensible diet again but I am afrade to look at food sideways or I just pack the lbs. I am still hovering at 10.1 and its been soooooo long. I wanted to see a 9 something before I leave of Saturday but I am thinking that is imposible now? I will have to be so careful. Anyhow I am not looking foward to the nudy scanners at the airport. I am terrified of flying at the best of times as my grandmother was killed in the swiss air crash 10th April 1973. It kind of leaves its mark.( Not that I was close to her because she wanted me to kill my Rabbit and make a muff out of its white fur!!!!! I was only little so have very few memories of her.) So I kind of guess I must look a wee bit shifty or something because if you look nervious they pick on you more which makes you look more nervious! I just get all faffy and drop everything! The prospect of the scanner is awsomely worrying! Must make sure I suck the tummy in ( mental note to self!!!!!!) - I bet you I will get picked to go through the darn scanner for the BBC news!!!!! Oh well claim to fame! My flight out is not until late afternoon so maybe the camera men will have gotten bored and left by the time I get to check in!

I have the perfect answer for your problem, find out what reflects in their scanner and paint or put it under your clothes in a nice svelt sillohette(sp).

sweeet Idea maybe a statement! like mind your business!By the way 189.5 today.My diet plan for the week upcoming,1 can of soup,chicken noodle or rice, and one can of tuna with mustard and pickle relish for a medium.5 days 5#'s what do you think? is it possible to be 185 by Fri next? or will I FAIL DISMALLY?We will see only the stomach knows what's in store!

I ate an apple for breakfast .I ate an apple,2pieces of chicken,broccoli and cheese,and some popcorn yesterday.My weight was 188 in the morning and 190 when I went to bed.I hope to reach my goal of 185 by Friday!
I also did 35 min,s on stationary bicycle and 20 Min's in sauna.I will not weigh until Friday because of fluctuations that will occur all week .Let the trial begin!
 
new day new deal.Thirty five minutes on stationary bicycle,20 minutes in sauna.half an apple for breakfast.Good luck I'm looking at lunch but perhaps I'll go ride my real bicycle for about 30 minutes and then eat.I had fried okra with cornmeal on it for supper and popcorn yesterday.I ,don't know how that fits into the old diet plan but after I picked it I had to eat it.
