I always start my diets with eating less food and drinking more water with a touch of apple cider vinegar as I do not like plain water, and drinking several cups of green tea each day. Then I start incorporating different kinds of exercise. It works better for me that way.

So tomorrow I will probally do WiiFit board and a little treadmill, and go from there with other exercises etc.

I will save a fruit portion for an evening snack. I buy a large bag of frozen cut up mixed fruit (mangos, pinapple, peaches, strawberries) from Walmarts. Fill a small bowl and eat it slowly... You are tricked in to thinking your eating more than you think you are... The fruit is bigger when it is frozen. lol Just let it thaw out if you don't believe me... I tried it and boy it sure makes a difference in the bowl

I don't like frozen grapes but some folks do. Good healthy snacks.

I need to get batteries for my scale. I did not do conventional exercise today... But I spent near 30 minutes in the AM shoveling, then anther 20 when I got home from work! Whew!

Also, I did a good job not stuffing face tonite. Lol. I did however eat a whole can of no sugar added tropic fruit for a snack. And 4 meals today. Woohoo! I need to fit in 1 more. Kinda following the 3 hr diet. Jorge Cruz. Well the principals of it.

day 2 down. 363 to go... Unless this is leap year... Then 364. Lol. My goal is 50 pounds this year. More would be nice. But, 50 is attainable.
 
I went to the family dinner, there were not many healthy choices there, but I didn't do to badly, more carbs then I usually eat in several days, but when your family views corn, potatoes and iceburg lettuce as it's primary veggies there is only so much you can do.

I did my power yoga today another 40 minutes, 20 of it was devoted to balance poses, so I fell a few times, but that's okay b/c I fell "w/ a quiet mind and calm breath"

I am thinking today I am being extra good.
I have had Mussili and yogurt for breakfast and now for lunch I am having Scrambled egg with a bit of salmon on top!

Well one still has to have treats!!!
I guess I will have to do that old eliptical thing again today - Yeap I did last about 3 mins last time but today maybe 4 mins?
