I always start my diets with eating less food and drinking more water with a touch of apple cider vinegar as I do not like plain water, and drinking several cups of green tea each day. Then I start incorporating different kinds of exercise. It works better for me that way.
So tomorrow I will probally do WiiFit board and a little treadmill, and go from there with other exercises etc.
