Kass, I stopped going to Yoga when hubby got laid off. Booooooooo!

I am going to start back up from home again soon. I do some of the basic stretches for my back and neck daily still, my neck started aching up with pain again last month. I'll sit in lotus while watching tv and such... its just the full routine I need to get back on. What I need is a partner, I hate doing it alone.

Anyways, I guess I should take the time to post here when I do my exercise routine so I know I'm scheduling it and not totally letting it slip again.

I only have 13lbs to go, (It was 10 just a month ago... Argh!) and I need the boot to the rear to get there. I would prefer to hit my goal before my daughter's bday this March. Its possible, but probably not likely.

I want to shop for more clothes for spring, hoorray for my thrift shop! I'm in a size 8 jean, but I still walk around in my sz 10s and 12s with a belt on. I'd like to hit a 6.... but that's a pipe dream! hahaha

I got real lax w/ my yoga too, but have started again. I really like Adrianne Reed home vids I just do the DVR versions of her pbs shows, but she has hour long dvd's she sells. I will eventually get some of those, but for now the dvr ones are free. My back started hurting again too after I stopped for a couple of months. It feels like I'm starting from scratch again an the balance, flexibility and strength which is kind depressing, I haven't even attempted the harder stuff yet.

I'm so thick waisted, but I have found if I buy junior jeans they fit sooooooooooooo much better, it is just hard to find styles I can still get away with at my age. In order to fit in the waist in woman's sizes the butt, croch and legs are yards to big, but the junior fit great especially if I get the mid to low rise since I am short waisted too. In the juniors I can get comfortably into size 6, but womans is still a tight waist, loose everywhere else 12.
