The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

Complex carbs are good....you can get that from broccoli and spinach. Because I lift weights, I'm interested in building muscle, so I opt for protein for breakfast, like eggs with salsa, sausage (skip the cheese). Or plain Greek yogurt with almonds, drizzle of honey, blueberries and a small scoop of chocolate Shakeology. I try to focus less on packaged or processed food.

I also try to follow Michi's ladder, which is not a diet plan, but shows you different tiers of food, whether carb or protein, and substitutions. Eat more from tier 1 than tier 5, you're gonna feel better!

Rock it, girl! I dug holes for apple trees, lol!

You do pole dancing TOO????
Like the sensual kind 'exotic dancers' do or are there other exercises one can do? ....or a combination seems like it would be good exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, let me rephrase, I'm so not a stripper. Have nothing against that specialty, but my pole dancing is recreational, like, I go to a pole dancing studio, not a night club, lol! It CAN be sexy, just like chair dancing, but I'm there for strength training, and being more limber, as well as being more feminine. I like that Crossfit is hard and gritty, but I like dance, like zumba or pole dancing, too! I like trying it all! Never been belly dancing, which I know is good for the core, but I don't what to see my belly shaking, lol!

OMG - I am such a PIG!!!!!!! - Comfort ate all day. I was sooo good at breakfast and had the usual Yogurt and Musilli, Then felt hungry around lunch so when I did eggs on toast for Dan I ate one of the FRIED eggs I made and then I found a bag of undefended crisps in the cupboard?????????? It kind of went down hill after that.
I made roast chicken dinner as the family were all over. I had quite a big portion ( Portion distortion issues!!!!!) Large bit of chicken and then roast potato in Goose fat!!!!!!
Peas and carrots ( About the only healthy thing on the plate!!!! ) Then for dessert well large slice of Flan with fruit and jelly and a mass of cream oooohhhh it was lovely. - but sadly my backsliding didn;t stop there! NO DH had made lovely biscuits earlier in the day with oats and golden syrup and covered in Dark Chocolate. Tonight when we looked in the box that held 24 - suddenly realised I had eaten 4 of them!!!!!!!! OMG - I am such a pig - I am not sure that lb I struggled to lose will still be there on the scale tomorrow - I am a bad fat hen

Trying to prepare meals more from scratch! Less processed snacky food! So, on tonight's dinner, homemade pizza with a handmade sourdough (1/2 wheat) crust. Homemade pesto sauce from basil, plain Greek yogurt, a little olive oil, almonds, Parmesan cheese blended together. Chicken, artichokes and spinach for a topping. Blended spinach leaves, onions and garlic intothe red sauce (tomato paste and sauce), but topped this one with pepperoni!

I watched some youtubes of different, graceful exercises done with the legs in various ballet positions. They looked good. can use a chair or ballet bar for it. Of course everyone in exercise videos look soooo graceful!

I wouldn't step on the scale more than twice a week maximum... the day to day fluctuations can depress a person!
Hang in there and ship some of those treats to BYC. Together we can divide them up and help you as we help ourselves....
