Colette logged onto her laptop and strolled through the news, but it was the "breaking news" notifications that caught her attention. "BREAKING NEWS: WERE-WOLF ATTACK IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!" it read. Alarmed, she clicked on the news story, reading that a 9 year old girl had 'transformed' into a wolf, hospitalising 11 students and 2 teachers in a savage attack. Scrolling down the screen revealed that the girl was currently being observed in a lab, by scientists. Colette almost fainted when she saw that a well known scientist, called Dr Seddon had released evidence and a case study confirming that Were-wolves and were-foxes really did exist. Colette shouted for Xylo to come and see.

Other: Charlotte was born a werewolf and is a quiet girl who lives on her families horse ranch. She hadn't yet learnt how to control her powers and after an annoying boy had flicked stones at her all lesson, something inside her finally snapped, causing her to transform and attack. Soon after the police contained her, her family disappeared, fleeing from the police and scientists.

Colette just pointed at the screen, before looking at Xylo "What if they come for us and the Cubs? Dr Seddon knows where we live!".

Charlotte sat huddled in the corner of the small room, wrapping her bony arms around her knees. She sat confused and disoriented after being sedated by the doctors. All day they had examined and prodded her, taking samples with sharp neddles. Three sides of the small room were thick concrete walls, the 4th side being a long glass viewing window, were a large group of scientists observed her like an exotic animal in the zoo.

Xylo frowned. He said "They won't take us. I won't let them. I promise. Worst case scenario; we run to the woods."
