Once Naeva's house was warm and well lit from the wood stove she put on her nightgown and did some quick night cleaning of the house so everything would be tidy in the morning. She took her long brown hair out of her bun and brushed it out, removing all of the small tangles.

Daniel finished the third window of his house when it got dark. Therefore, he opened the hatch in the floor, and slipped into the dark basement, which was home to a bed, where he would sleep that night.
