Lemon bars

Crust :
1 3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup butter , room temp
1/2 cup coconut oil
A pinch of salt
Mix with hands , press into 9x13, 350 • 20 minutes
Filling :
4 EGGS
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 t salt
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 t baking powder
3 T flour
Pour over crust , return to oven @ 325• for 20 minutes.

We separate eggs so beaten yolks add to lemon and water, cornstarch.
Use 1/2 cup sugar in whites fluff fold into thickened filing.

Yes! It is one of the only breads i make. Soft, fluffy, thick, great for everything.

Wow last night I made ramen with poached eggs in it, as well as banana bread that used 3 eggs in the recipe. Yet I didn't see this thread until today!

Oh well, I'm enjoying seeing everyone else's recipes and have already screenshotted a few recipes. I'll have to take a picture of my next egg dish!
