One of my most favorite dessert. Thank you for sharing the recipe.Lemon bars
Crust :
1 3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup butter , room temp
1/2 cup coconut oil
A pinch of salt
Mix with hands , press into 9x13, 350 • 20 minutes
Filling :
4 EGGS
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 t salt
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 t baking powder
3 T flour
Pour over crust , return to oven @ 325• for 20 minutes.
