Pet ran his fingers through his hair nervously. "They will find out. Linnet what will they do when they know?"

Kat shrugged. "Well then enjoy your kitchen pie. I'm going to the bakery."

Audric shook his head. "He's still a boy."
 
Linnet was slightly disappointed that he wasn't more excited about it, but she of course understood why. "I don't know!" She wring her hands nervously

"What? Don't like our royal kitchen pies?" Richard scoffed.

"Doesn't mean we can't plan," Mariah said. She rang the bell for a servant.
 
Peter wrapped his arms around Linnet. "We'll be okay." He smiled. "She had better have your eyes." He teased.

Kat shrugged. "Pies aren't their niche."

Audric stood, and moved to one of the comfortable sitting chairs across from Mariah. "Okay then. Who do you propose he marries?"

Linnet wiped a stray tear with her sleeve. "What makes you say 'she'?" She asked, leaning her head on his shoulder.

Richard chuckled. "Very well then. You go get your bakery pie. I'm going to the kitchen, then to work on something," he said lamely.

"Tea," Mariah told the servant who quickly scurried out. "Gwen isn't the only princess around," she said flatly.
 
Peter smiled. "She just is. A tiny little Linnet."

Kat tugged his arm. "Lets go."

Audric raised his eyebrow. "Are you meaning the little one with the bird?"

Linnet chuckled. "I don't want you to leave," she said quietly.

"Only if we're going–oh fine, lets go to the bakery," Richard gave in. He really didn't have anything important to do so he might as well do something potentially fun.

"Ah no. There are a couple others. Have you really paid no heed to the family whose daughter is to marry our son??" Mariah questioned.

Peter chuckled. "I'm not going anywhere yet." He took her hand. "Where do you want to go?"

"Victory is mine." Kat teased, as she pulled Richard along the dirt path.

Audric shrugged. "I've been quite busy is you hadn't noticed."

"No where in particular. Just not back to the castle, yet. Would you like to dance?" She asked suddenly, lifting her head up.

Richard looked around to make sure no one was watching, the reluctantly followed along.
