I told ya'll he was a big boy!

Thanks! He has given me some very awesome babies.....that are now laying and I am very happy with their egg color and their type. Couple of them are laying what would be considered a 5 on the Marans egg color chart, but I don't want them to get any darker than that. Will charge up cam batteries and get some photos for everyone.

He still has quite a bit of maturing to do, so far from what I can see his colors are looking good. I don't know that I would contribute his crooked toes to his size though, were his toes crooked upon hatch or did it happen later on? Please keep us updated on his progress.

Thanks! I will tell you with his size he has quite the appetite and can really put the chow away if you know what I mean.
