Lovely photos! Have your sister put some watermarks across the pics so nobody else tries to use them! You'd hate to see somebody on craigslist/ebay using your birds to sell their mutts.

As the song says, "I don't care if you're 80, you'll always be my baby."

Mrs T, face it.....to those of us with kids your age, you're a baby!!

I'm a camera bug and I'm seriously thinking about taking a class on photography. Of course then I need a GOOD camera! Hmmm our wedding anniversary IS coming up in about 3 weeks. HAHAHAHAHA!!

Thanks everyone! They are such fun birds! They are 6 months in the photos.
I'll tell my sister about the watermark, so they don't get stolen.

Just got back from the PA Farm Show

...headed right to the chickens. Only ONE BLRW hen!

Maybe 7 SLW and about 10 Buffs.(All LF) and 4-5 Partridge. There were 2 Golds...a hen and a roo. I was surprised to see more Bantams, most were silvers-no blues at all that we could see. We watched 4-H showmanship for a bit in the afternoon...until the kids dropped from fatigue. I hope to show there next year

I'll see how our photos turned out...

Hello all. I have recently decided to get some Wyandottes. I let my children pick which color they liked and they all agreed on the Columbian, although I wanted BLR ( Mommy loses again lol). Anyway, I was wondering how many of you have the Columbian? Are your Wyandottes as nice as I have read about the breed in general? Do they lay eggs in winter (this is my current issue with my current chickens)? Any advice about the breed in general would be appreciated.

Took some pics today of our Bantam and LF Wyandottes. Thought I would share. Its cold, rainy and dreary here so the birds are a little drawn up.

Silver Laced LF breeding pen. Its set up and ready to go. The more I see this cockerel the more I love him. Wow. You cant see him real well here though.
