Katy, your birds are gorgeous. I hadn't thought about trying to get an adult pair. I admire the Foley's chickens too, but the Stockton Poultry Show is coming up near me this month, so I might see what I can find there. I'm in California, so starting this early isn't a huge issue; our spring fair is in May, and the regular county fair is in June. Not a lot of time.
I have hatched before, but I'm not great at it. I have a new incubator too, so I should probably try with some of my own mutt eggs.
Here is my birds on december 1st! They've grown so much since then. My sister is a pro photographer so she took all these for me!
This is my favorite roo named Victor
Here is some of the hens
This is one of my other 3 roos named white chocolate...
And some more of the girls
My sister loves they're lacing so she took a bunch of these
Here is a splash
And a blue
And here is my favorite photo this is White Chocolate and SweetHeart

yes it is me that has the auction for white over blr and white. you will get some pure whites which totally will be showable- other colors should have better type but not sure on what colors they will produce.
I used two cliches in class a while back and the students had NO idea what I meant: said the hens were "hobnobbing" and "chewing the fat" - are those old folk generational, too?
I just turned 31 last year so when am I no longer a "baby"

As the song says, "I don't care if you're 80, you'll always be my baby."
Mrs T, face it.....to those of us with kids your age, you're a baby!!
