The males may be a bit larger, and should have thicker legs at that age. Wyandottes are tough to sex early on.

Thank you both - yes they are breeder quality - so I am hoping to see some differences!

I also have another question. I was looking at legbands and I was wondering if size 12 was big enough for standard Wyandottes? What size do you all use? Do I need 13 for roos?

I do like the color of 4 and 5. I am not a fan of the real dark or light colors.

They have pretty lacing. What hatchery did you buy them from?

I bought them from a breeder (actually i bought hatching eggs), i didn't think they looked bad enough to be hatchery birds
