There are bumps on my hens face (pictures)

So I went to let my hens into the yard to free range and my white rock hen started sort of sneezing/ wheezing, so I go over and pick her up and see she has 2 bumps on her face. They are hard. ( sorry if the pictures are bad she’s camera shy)

Looks kinda like fowl pox, not sure how to treat it. @Wyorp Rock

That’s what I was thinking. But I wanted to get a second opinion on these bumps. I want to make sure it cannot transfer to my other hens

Any lesions or canker inside the beak?

If she's sneezing and wheezing, I'd be more inclined to think its respiratory infection is cause of the swollen sinus.

I don't see anything that looks like Fowl Pox at this point, unless you are referring to the peck marks on the comb.

She does not have anything inside her beak, her comb has always had pecking wounds ( not large ones ) , because she is on the lower spectrum of the hierarchy of my flock. None of my other hens have this, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that is the case.
