"There's a chicken in a tree!"

They are not safe up there. one of my A. games got taken out of a tree by an Owl. The rest of them are clipped now. I have to clip them about every three weeks or they are right back up there!!!!
 
having had chicks sinceI was a kid< ( long time ago) I ahve found that to discourage the flying I clip only one wing! then they cant balance to fly.
9 whiterocks and one black cat.
 
A few of our ladies have been roosting in the tree near my bedroom window. I'm letting them get away with it this summer, but come Autumn I'm having the yard guy saw off those branches. Thankfully, we haven't much in the way of predators here.
 
I think you just need to tell her in a stern voice "Roxy you get down here right NOW!!" If that works we'll both be surprised
