Any Niacin is better than none, Niacin is vitamin B3 and is readily available at any walmart, CVS, Walgreens, TSC, etc. Thats the element in Brewers Yeast that your looking for. You do not want the flush free or timed release, just plain old Niacin. And its very inexpensive to boot.
