No I have No idea This time I bought a mix or roasters and Cornish X and it was straight run so I have no clue who is who or what is what I do know I have 1 tiny Little girl that I might separate she is so small I think she isn't eating as much as the others I am thinking of Putting her in the grow out pen so she can eat alone , Last year My average butchered weight was 6 lbs Id Like to be around there or More , I want to start the process at 8 or 9 weeks , That is coming up quick each week seams to Just fly by .But I will be posting photos of the process

This is # 1 teeny tiny 1lb 4oz Cornish hen that wasn't going to get any bigger and had a bum leg so I Figures she should Go first she is 7 weeks old

I will probably start next week at the 8 week mark pick a few big ones and then let them go to 9 to 10 weeks maybe 12 to see if I can Get a big roaster out of a few I will be posting pictures

Okay today I started the process Did 4 of the biggest Ones that I could catch One scratched my arm pretty bad This is end result so far more to come in the coming days
