Just want to add that now we can (mostly) tell which are the cockerels in our bunch of RIRs. The darkening and larger combs, wattles, and leg thickness is suddenly very noticeable. I guess it's just a waiting game.

Update on Puff... she's growing a beard! We're now thinking she's a wheaten ameraucana.

#2 is a cockerel.Puff is too young to tell.The rest are pullets.

Here's my black sex link cockerels - much whiter looking to me

I also think the BR is a pullet. My black sex link roos had no tail at that age and much lighter feathers like Tala's.
