This is my first time raising hens and all has been great up until the last two weeks. My Plymouth has been laying very thin shelled eggs which usually break. She was my first and most consistent layer and I'm so sad. The other three are fine and laying well. What could it be?

This does happen with new layers sometimes. If you're feeding a good layer feed, that should be enough calcium, but maybe you can sprinkle around some crushed oyster shell for your hens to take. That will add even more calcium to their diet, and you'll get stronger egg shells.
