Week 3 of eye issue. Rinsed out put neoaporin on. Terramycin for 2 weeks. Looks a little better but not worse. What to do next????

I would inject injectable tyramycin about ,5 cc into the sinus below the eye and it will heal I can see the sinus is swollen does there come any fluid out of the nostrils when you press the sinus?

That's the thing.... NO other problems. She's eating drinking acting normal. It's just the eye. The swelling starts from the corner of the eye. No drainage no pus. Nothing. No runny nose no congestion. I just don't know.
